Welcome to Project PRIDE!

Project PRIDE focuses on integrating restorative practices with existing multi-tiered support systems such as School-wide Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (SWPBIS) in high schools. The goal of Project PRIDE is to assist high schools in reducing disparities in discipline outcomes negatively affecting vulnerable student groups. Our project team provides training to school staff, follow-up coaching, and assessment data. The PRIDE training consist of five learning modules:

Module 1

An Introduction to School-wide Positive and Restorative Discipline (SWPRD)

Module 2

Preventive Proactive SWPRD Practices (Tier 1)

Module 3

Student Engagement with Restorative Practices

Module 4

Communicating with Parents to Raise Awareness of SWPRD

Module 5

Responsive SWPRD Practices (Tiers 2 and 3)
